I have struggled to lose any weight for years, let alone 10 pounds in under two months. I have tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. I eat very clean, limit sugar and dairy, I am gluten free, focus on low carb whole foods and prioritize protein. I also excercise but the weight would just not budge. It was so frustrating because I was doing everything I could to lose weight, and recently was gaining weight. I am so thankful for this program because I feel like it has "reset" my metabolism, finally! I am excited for the next 8 weeks, and I finally believe I will reach my goal weight. I have had very minimal side effects, and I really appreciate the slow, titrated approach to using the medication. The Facebook support group and the weekly calls are also really helpful.

I have struggled with my weight since I was young. Metabolically speaking, I just never seemed to have much (if any) wiggle room! For years I eliminated carbs, focused on protein, counted calories (often eating as low as I could/deemed healthy), exercised consistently - you name it! Fortunately, a focus on health/fitness/diet became a big part of my life for the most important internal reasons, yet all those years of maximum input with little to no aesthetic results to show was beyond deflating. I truly felt that for all my efforts I should look like a fitness model! I was nervous to begin semaglutide for fear of further damaging my metabolism. If it was simply going to allow me to not eat, I worried I’d be right back where I started or even worse off. I’ve been taking the compound for about a year now and I’m thrilled with my results! I have been a “slower loser” perhaps, but at only 5’3, I’m down a total of 25 pounds. I’ve been able to maintain my workouts the entire time. I feel strong and athletic. Living with less food noise is so liberating too! This formula and program have been a game changer for me and I feel the best I ever have in my own skin. Thank you, McCall, for being such a thoughtful, compassionate resource and champion along the way. You are a gem!

I’m a long-hauler in the program. By the time that I found McCall, my levels were out of control and my inflammation was super high. Since starting the program, I have lost 15 lbs. But most importantly, the support that this program gives is by far the best. From the FB support group to the weekly Q&A Zoom’s and now the lab work support meeting, the support is outstanding. Sally stayed past the allotted lab session to answer some questions and put my mind at ease in regards to my levels and helping me find my therapeutic dose while giving me nutrition tips and supplement suggestions to support healing from my inflammation. MTC has given me my energy back, and I feel so much better than I have in years.

I am 12 weeks into the program and I’ve lost 19 pounds! With a history of Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, and PCOS, no amount of diet or lifestyle changes were helping me lose weight. I stepped out of my comfort zone to join this program and I do not regret it! I’m no longer overweight and best of all, I am so much more comfortable! I am thankful for this program and the opportunity to jumpstart my damaged metabolism."

I never had a weight problem, and could always eat whatever I wanted until I was in my 60s. Suddenly I was no longer in control, and my weight went up & up, and then over the dreaded 200 lb mark. No amount of "exercise and eat less" changed that. I was fat shamed and criticized by a couple of doctors which led me to find Modern Thyroid Clinic/Modern Weight Loss. When McCall offered a Semaglutide program, I was in with no hesitation. The program includes a Facebook group, weekly zoom meetings, and labwork ordered every 3 months. My initial labwork showed that I was prediabetic. Diabetes has always been a big, scary monster for me because my brother died at age 46 from Diabetes related cardiovascular problems. This after having both legs amputated. I never wanted to go down that road. I've done a lot of research about Semaglutide/Ozempic on YouTube. Much of what I've seen & heard doesn't apply to this program. We are in control of our dosage, and we take breaks to reset the efficacy of the medication. During the breaks, I see that I'm still in control of my weight so I know that I won't have to be on the medication for life. I've been on the program for 11 months, and have lost 35 lbs so far. I highly recommend this program!!

I am down 60 lbs (60.7 this morning) from my heaviest weight. I've been on the program for almost a year, with a four (ish) month break in the middle. I gained back about 6 pounds on the break (as was anticipated.) I still would like to lose another 10-15 lbs as my goal (which started as a small goal and grew once I realized what was possible). And I'm continuing to drop a few pounds per week with some weeks being at a plateau, but I see that as normal. It has changed my life completely. I self blamed for most of my life for what was an unrecognized medical and metabolic issue. And I feel like I'm not deficient anymore, no matter where I land at my end weight. I went to Hawaii and sat on a beach in a swimsuit. (Tropical vacations sounded like heaven but then I would avoid them because of the hell of the required wardrobe.) I feel free and most importantly in control of my weight for the first time. I could starve myself and run a marathon before this and would end up sick and just as heavy. I'm definitely happy to share my experience with the program with anyone who is thinking about it.

I never had to think twice about food until my 30’s. Very, very slowly I gained a tiny bit each year. I’m 53 and only 5’2”. Extra weight on me shows very quickly. I’m lucky in that it’s evenly distributed at least. My highest weight ever was 162. I looked so inflamed. I was in denial for years. I bought every top I own to hide curves. I’ve been hiding for a good 10 years. It feels so good to wear jeans and not feel like a sausage stuffed into them. I can wear tops that stop at my true waist now! I can tuck a shirt in!! The muffin top and back fat is melting away. My goal is 115-120. I’m so excited to stop hiding!!

Since I was young weight has always been an issue for me. I have always been athletic into sports and weight lifting, but I always carried around stubborn fat. In my early to mid 20's I felt like I finally had things under control and was finally at the weight I had strived to be. Once I hit 29 things started to change, I added about 5lbs and every year after that (now 34) I've seemed to have added an additional 5-7lbs. I started working out harder, longer, everyday of the week, I was trying all the diets and nothing seemed to work. I hired a dietitian, a nutritionist and a fitness coach and still with all their support things weren't moving in the right direction and I continued to add weight. I have now been on the medication for 4 months. I am SO HAPPY for the 25lbs I've lost thus far! Throughout this journey I've managed to keep my skeletal muscle mass all while losing weight and for me that is a HUGE win! My life has changed for the better in so many ways thanks to the Modern Weight Loss. Also, my confidence and mental health have improved immensely, as well! I haven't felt this good in my own skin for a very long time! If you've been on the fence about trying sermaglutide this is your sign to give it a go! I am an open book and if you'd like to reach out to me, I'd be happy to support you on your journey!

Continuing the Progress!" I haven't had any side effects from the medication. I started my 5th week on Monday and as of today, I am down 16.2 lbs. I'm happy! I have been staying below 100 g carbs and am trying to get in more protein everyday. I have been making better choices and only fell a little short last weekend when we went out of town for 2 days. I even had a glass of red wine with dinner last Saturday night and didn't experience any side effects! I have A LOT of weight to lose, so not sure if this is the norm but I'm trying really hard to change my eating habits and be more aware of what goes into my mouth. I'm also monitoring my glucose and ketones, so that helps. I have noticed less puffiness and swelling in my extremities and am able to get into clothes that I haven't worn in 3 years. I am making new habits like walking our dog in the mornings. I have not wanted to do this for a long time. To say that my overall demeanor has improved significantly, is an understatement! Thank God for McCall and Sally!

I found semaglutide to be “the answer” in terms of breaking through weight loss with complications such as thyroid disorders / hormonal challenges etc! I lost 40lbs in 5 months and I am post menopausal and can normally not lose weight to save my life!! Good luck - I look forward to seeing you on the weekly zoom check ins with Sally Sykes (you are going to love her)! Full of great suggestions and knowledge and fun, genuine and caring to boot! I think I would have given up a long time ago without the weekly check ins/support!

Just hit 17 weeks today, down 18 lbs since START. The lack of appetite, especially first few days after the injection is REAL. I get full after eating the smallest amounts---like a kid would eat. It's wild. Like VERY full. I will feel fine and then I take one more bite and it's THANKSGIVING DAY FULL. Not only have I been losing about a lb a week, but my glucose, cholesterol, inflammation/CRP, insulin and more have all dropped and my BODY is healing after 9 years of my Dr's not managing my thyroid correctly for that long. Year over year with strict diet and exercise nothing was helping. Depressing and then I was made to feel lazy or unhealthy. I am so happy I am getting back to my normal and getting healthier, inside and OUT. Congrats everyone, this journey is inspiring and motivating! Keep going! I would encourage everyone to listen to their body and keep fighting for answers! TRULY. I think I would have ended up with diabetes if I had not found Modern Thyroid Clinic. PRAISE!

Modern Thyroid changed the game for me. After years of trying and failing I am having steady success. Six months and 29 pounds. I'm excited to continue my journey!

I have been on SG (with Modern Weight Loss) for 7 months and have lost close to 30 pounds. I'm so grateful for MTC/MWL. It seriously has changed my life. The past few years I've felt like a totally different person. I didn't recognize myself. I didn't feel like myself. But with my hormones back in normal ranges and the help of SG to lose the weight, I feel like I've been given my life back. Thank you so much! If you're struggling right now, know that it's a slow journey but that it's TOTALLY worth it. Keep up your hard work! Oh, what a difference a year makes.

I am nearing my one year anniversary of my GLP-1 journey. Yes, the pics are awkward as heck to take, but - DO IT. Aside from the weight loss and new clothes, there are so many other benefits I’ve experienced: My IBS that I’ve suffered with since childhood- virtually gone. Rosacea breakouts - gone. Migraines - gone from frequent to extremely rare. Overall inflammation and puffiness - gone. It’s pretty incredible. I did not count macros or track anything. We’re big meat eaters in our home so I focused on having my protein first and then veggies/fruit and lastly starch/carbs. Exercise: I started at ground zero with Barre classes and have progressed to 5x/week. The combination of strength, flexibility, and cardio has been a great balance for me. All in all, I could not be happier with my progress over the past year, and am so incredibly grateful for the support that this program and group have provided along the way. I feel like the “real me” again and I am loving it! Take the pictures.

Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!! Oh my gosh!!! I am going to cry! I just got my second round of labs back and the improvements!!! Oh, the improvements!! My mind is blown! I’ve been feeling so discouraged with the slow weight loss, but these labs are worth EVERYTHING!! You guys! I have been SO stressed over my HS-CRP for the last couple years. In just 2 months, it went from 11.91 (high risk) to <0.15. What!?! My fasting insulin is down 4 points, heck, all my cholesterol numbers are down too!! I cannot believe it.

Jessica G.

I'm at the start of my 3rd week and I feel amazing not having the extra bloat! I'm down 9 pounds. The best part is my digestive system seems to be working better than it has in years!

A huge shoutout to Sally Sykes for being a wealth of knowledge and sincerely caring about our success. Sally suggested that I write down what I eat/drink for one week (minus the amounts) and send to her. After being on MANY diets in my 67 years of my life, I know that being accountable for what food goes into my mouth works for me. The difference this time around, is the addition of Semaglutide. I have not been hyper-focused on when/what my next meal will be, because I am not starving. Writing down my food/drink for one week has caused my scale to finally move in the right direction. I will continue to document until I can permanently implement new eating habits without constantly thinking and worrying about food. This has also helped when it comes to the timing of taking my thyroid meds and vitamin supplements and food interference. Bottom line; don’t get discouraged if you’re at a weight loss stall. This medication has been life changing and I am realizing that the ‘little voice’ saying….”Hey, you're looking pretty good so go ahead and return to your old habits”, is now a red flag. If I hadn’t found McCall, Sally, and MTC/MWL, I would still be on that hamster wheel unsuccessfully trying to do this on my own.

Brenda G.

Another milestone today, I have lost 30lbs since mid January! I have slowed down a bit in the last few weeks but thanks to all the posts here I knew that a plateau was possible. I’ve learned fiber, protein and water is not optional. If I choose to not adhere to that, I’m not going to feel great the next couple of days. I’m 12lbs from my next goal, and I have a work trip coming up at the start of May. None of my coworkers have seen me in person since December. I can’t wait for the shocked faces, haha!
